This is the third story in the series, and it was just as amazing as the first two!  It has the perfect mix of steam, romance, and suspense.  We get to know Ronin so much better in this story. He is an absolute sweetheart who completely adores Amara.  Who can blame him?  Amara is in a bad situation, but she's fighting hard to get out of it while trying to protect the people she cares about.  He was definitely the protector in the relationship, and it worked well for the two of them.  Lario knows how to write a steamy scene and this story was really sexy without being over the top.  She also manages not to be repetitive which makes each scene even more exciting.

I don't usually identify favorite lines, but I have to in this case since it was so touching.  "Love wasn't something that could be captured or bought, or even earned. It merely was. In one's heart, in their mind. In their soul."

We also meet two new bad guys.  The plot was interesting and suspenseful.  There was a lot of action in the story, and I never quite knew what was going to happen next.   The brothers continue to work together and make some heavy appearances in here along with their lovely ladies.  We also get a nice setup for the next story which I will be anxiously waiting for!

Ms. Kennedy has turned up the heat in her latest 1NS short. It’s blazin’ HAWT Girlfriends!

Madame Eve takes it one step further when she pairs Blake and Taryn up for the night. As they aren’t exactly strangers; maybe even granting one of them a special request. These two broke up five years ago, and the lonely hearts have been miserable ever since.

No lollygagging around here as the story opens with a BDSM scene involving a flogger, a cane, and a mini vibe. Of course, you can expect a few ropes and anal sex to round things out. All of this kinky goodness is wrapped up in a contemporary romance that Ms. Kennedy delivers in excellence. Ms. Kennedy keeps upping the ante with her 1NS stories. They are like too many sweets for the brain and I want more!

Note to self: Do not read Ms. Kennedy 1NS stories in crowded airport terminals…

My review-

The final book in this set of four re-released books in Susan Edward's "White Series" is "White Wind". This book was actually the first of the series that was published, telling the story of the little girl we meet very briefly as a toddler in "White Dawn". As I am the type of reader, at times, that likes reading things in chronological order, I was pleased with the chance to start this series in the correct chronological order. Though, as I mentioned in my previous review, I would recommend reading "White Wind" before "White Shadows".

Just as her other stories are, "White Wind" is another fabulous addition to this series. We have the opportunity to see someone not raised by Native Americans adapting to their society. What I still find so wonderful about this series in these first four books is that we get such real characters to enjoy watching evolve, love, go through sorrow and joy, but we also are given a glimpse into a way of life that seems so glossed over in other pieces of fiction we see that are set during this time period.

This series is wonderful so far and I am looking forward to the re-release of the next set of four into e-book format.

The Christmas Cookie Chronicles: Carrie: A Twilight, Texas Story by Lori Wilde

Title:The Christmas Cookie Chronicles: Carrie: A Twilight, Texas Story
Author:Lori Wilde
Source:Netgalley
Genre:Contemporary roamce
Length: Novella

Come join a meeting of the First Love Cookie Club!

“On Christmas Eve, if you sleep with kismet cookies under your pillow and dream of your own true love, he will be your destiny.”

Carrie MacGregor doesn’t believe this—not one bit. She might be a “paid up” member of the Cookie Club and the local Sweethearts Knitting Club, but she’s not about to give in to the forced ho-ho-ho of the season. And why? Mark Leland. When he left town he broke Carrie’s heart. Now, the local-guy-made good is back, hosting the reality show “Fact or Fantasy.”

Fact: Mark broke her heart. Fantasy: her friends think they’ll be getting back together. But could the magic of a Twilight, Texas Christmas make Carrie’s secret dreams come true?

And don’t miss The Christmas Cookie Chronicles: Raylene available November 29thfrom Avon Impulse!

When I seen this book come in through NetGalley I wanted it but since I hadn’t read a contemporary all year I passed, but it kept nagging at me. Then I seen that someone on goodreads reviewed it so I got my chance to find out if this is a standalone once the reviewers said yes I flew to NetGally’s email to get it and I am so glad I did because I LOVED IT. Lori Wilde is a new author to me and I want all of her books NOW!! LOL. I really enjoyed the way she writes.

This story flowed so well and it was truly romantic. It had me laughing one minute then crying the next and the sex was way hot. I enjoyed all of the characters of Twilight and I will be coming back for more.

Carrie is very strong heroine and is in need of some action since she is such a holiday grouch. Mark needs to get out of Hollywood and back to his stomping ground and the only way he knows how to do that is to go back home but once he gets there his feelings for Carrie come back in a flash.

I recommend this to any romance reader that wants a quick hot novella read.

Happy Thanksgiving!

Fact two: For a Royal Fae prince who suffers from the ennui of immortality, watching and interacting with humans—especially lovely, spirited human females—can be entertaining.

Fact three: When entertainment changes to affection, and affection becomes love, rules will be broken.

His name is Breslyn, Prince of Dagda of the Tuatha Dé. He is a royal Fae, immortal and endowed with more than eye candy looks. He is a being with immeasurable powers but life for him lacked something—so he looked around, and found...humans.

Watching their lives and interactions, from another dimension filled him with feelings he had thought long lost in the ennui of immortality. The more he watched--the more addicted to their antics he became. An affection for the human race grew inside the heart Fae are not supposed to have, and it was inevitable that he began to have preferences with regards to them.

My Review:

This first in the Prince Breslyn novella trilogy is a great companion/addition to Claudy Conn's Legend series.

For those familiar with the Legend series, this quick read tells the story of Prince Breslyn and Chartelle, his "first human love" back in 1314 Scotland.

Those who haven't had a chance to read the Legend yet, will find this to be a quick insight into Bres as well as an introduction to some of the characters who are the ancestors of those appearing in the series. Since the Legend series takes place, for the most part, in present day, the reader doesn't need to know anything about the series to enjoy this novella.

Breslyn, sexy bad boy Fae prince, rule breaker, a favorite of the Fae queen, is "phenomenal of mind and body" - just ask him, he'll tell ya himself. He also has a heart of gold, is loyal and faithful, if a bit arrogant and spoiled.

Chartelle is "an exceptional beauty [who] captured [Bres'] breath", twenty, married for convenience for the past three years and after producing a son, her husband, whose taste is for males, left the marriage bed. Her husband is also a traitor to Scotland. Bres wants her, promises the demise of her traitorous husband and awakens Chartelle's sensuality.

Storm, Chartelle's brother, and Alexis provide even more romance for the story. My goodness does Storm move fast and Alexis lets him even though she yet keeps a secret from him.

Gorgeous Danté, Royal Fae Prince of Lugh, makes a cameo appearance near the end.

Includes previews from the first book in Claudy's Shadow Vampire series and her Legend series:
"Like sexy vampires? Meet Damon from Shadowheart—Slayer"
Grogeous Fae, Druids and the humans they love more your style? Spellbound—Legend

I am eagerly awaiting the next novella in this trilogy to see what other goodies can be found in Breslyn's past.

Fans of paranormal romance, fantasy romance and Conn's Legend series should enjoy this novella.

I don't normal take in a request for UF but I have been wanting to try this series for a while so this gave me a good chance to try it.

This is my first Urban Fantasy in a long time and I did enjoy reading it. I just wish it would have been a bit more kick butt action, but this book is where Jayne is in the crossroads between finding herself and dealing with the rider inside of her. So, it’s a bit more on the emotional side. I just wished the stinking priest would have left her and the rider alone and that goes for all of them, Grr.

I was very surprised that the fact this is a man author. I wouldn’t have know unless I looked it up so kudos goes to the author for writing a fabulous heroine.

This is book fourth book in the series although you can get by with reading as a stand alone I would  suggest that you start at the beginning especially if you really like UF but if you grab this one and start it the author make is easy to understand where Jayne is at this point.

I would recommend this to Urban Fantasy readers unless you really get into the kick butt action because this one is very slow in that area. As for paranormal romance reader I wouldn't recommend it.

My review-

Once again continuing with the Susan Edwards' "White Series", the next book in the series, "White Shadows" is technically considered the third in the series based on information on Edwards website. However, I personally feel it should be read after the fourth book, "White Wind", as it does show us some continuation of the hero and heroine in that book.

However, if you choose to read this book before "White Wind", there's nothing that will truly spoil you in terms of enjoyment. Yes, you will know the fate of the two in that book, but it doesn't take away from the overall story.

However, I am jumping the gun on that book. That review will come soon. On to "White Shadows", which is another wonderfully written addition to this series. I have started to notice a bit of predictability in how the hero and heroine get together in the last couple books, but the quality of writing makes you forget that at the same time.

Edwards gives so much into these stories that you feel you are right there and you ache when the characters do, love when they do and cheer for them when it is needed. What is wonderful about these books is you get an insight into Native American culture during a period of time that was such a struggle in their history, as well as US history, during the early 19th century.

Another aspect I love about this series is that the love scenes are definitely HOT and deserve the rating, but they are tasteful enough that someone who may not be at all interested in erotica will enjoy them.

I highly recommend this book if you are following the series.

Propositioning Mr. Raine (Riding the Raines, #1)

Trina Matthews lost her husband of sixteen years to a tragic accident. Starting her life over in the small town of Hailey Texas at the age of thirty-eight sounded like the perfect thing to do but she never counted on the loneliness she’d experience.

Navarro Raine is the hottest man she’s ever seen. He’s tall, with piercing blue eyes and Native American looks. He fills her nighttime fantasies and makes her wonder about all the things she missed. Vanilla is the only sex she’s ever had. Navarro has a reputation for being very good in bed.

She just heard that he’s about to lose his family ranch and she comes up with the perfect solution for both of them. Trina is willing to offer Navarro the money to save his ranch if he’ll give her the kind of sex she’s only read about. It might be the craziest thing she’s ever done but she’s made up her mind to proposition Navarro and find out just how hot he really is.

Review
Sometimes you just feel like a good ole cheesy, predictable smut fest. That is this book. The plot is predictable, the concept is laughable (Trina gives Navarro money to save his ranch in exchange for great sex) but it was FANTASTIC!! I don't always want complicated plots, hidden secrets/agendas, overly alpha "I know what's best no matter what" type men and women who spend 80% of the book fighting their urges.

This was exactly what I was looking for. A simple love story between consenting adults. I loved how they agreed to complete honesty between them and don't try to overly complicate things or change each other. I also enjoyed the characters being older, especially the female. Trina and Navarro have both had thier share of tough times and are just looking for companionship, someone one who excepts them for who they are. I loved the banter between them and liked how they could make jokes and just be themselves.

As a widow myself (who also remarried), I was able to connect with Trina and understand why she felt the need to move, how hard it is to deal with family who are angry over not getting money, and friends who no longer know how to react to you other than with pity or distance.

I will definitely be looking for more titles by this author.

My Review:

Another good paranormal anthology by some talented authors featuring three stories told from the males' point of view. It would seem some males do have romantic bones in their bodies.

Marked by J.A. Belfield
Content: A Pack Howl (4/5) Heat: Flirty (1/4) Pages:15
He's on a mission, a critical one that can't be messed up. Sean, a werewolf, has to get something for Jem, his mate, but she can't know. With his brother's help, he comes up with such a romantic solution ... aahhhwww.

Misguided by Aimee Laine
Content: A Pack Howl (4/5) Heat: Flirty (1/4) Pages:17
Wyatt is suddenly beset by doubts over the ring he picked for Charley when Stuart implies it looks like it was "bought by an eighteen year old with his meager savings." Cael wants to ask Lily to marry him but hasn't even been on a date with her. Wyatt leads an FBI paranormal team and one of the most wanted is after his Charley. Action filled with romantic feelings interlaced.

Tempted by Jocelyn Adams
Content: A Pack Howl (4/5) Heat: Steamy (2/4) Pages:12
His Lila is Seelie Fae and Liam is Unseelie Fae - forbidden to each other, their people's enemies, even more so because of their positions. She "[melts him] into a puddle of want and need."

Each one of these short stories had me wanting to read more about the characters and to know where to find the rest of the characters' stories so I can read them too.

Includes an eight page preview of J. A. Belfield's Darkness & Light, a fourteen page preview of Aimee Laine's Little White Lies and a ten page preview of Jocelyn Adams The Glass Man - books which tell the stories of some of the characters in these short stories. They were on my to-read list but now I guess I need to move them much higher because after reading these shorts, these have become a must-read for me.

guest romance author Terry Spear

What if…?
By Terry Spear
That’s the whole premise of writing about the paranormal, right? What if we woke up one morning and found we had fangs? And fur? Or we were living on an alien planet and the panther-shifter king wants moi for his concubine?
Yeah, paranormal is fun. Although I try for reality, you know it’s got to be somewhat fantastical to make reality into something more fantastical.
And that’s how A GHOST OF A CHANCE AT LOVE happened.
It was real. The trips to Salado, Texas. Eating at the Stagecoach Inn. Seeing the old saloon that had been a post office too. The old buildings, mostly turned into gift shops or art galleries. But long, long ago in our very own galaxy, life wasn’t the same in Salado.
I kept wondering what it would be like to have lived back then. Ghosts haunt some of the buildings. Did they exist way back then? Sure. That’s when the person who died took up haunting.
So what if a woman who’s recently divorced, goes to Salado to get away from it all to her favorite special place she’s always loved, only she ends up REALLY getting away from it all—like being transplanted to the year 1870?
When I ask the question, would you like to visit some earlier time? I usually get a mix. Sure, no way.
So here’s the question I propose instead—how do you think you would handle falling into another time?
I work at a library and had a question about what a woman’s grandson would wear for the 50’s activity he was having at his school. I had done a lot of research for another story, and had watched Grease and Happy Days, so knew something about the period. A white t-shirt, jeans cuffed at the leg, sleeves rolled up, cigarette in the cuff of the sleeve (whoops, didn’t mention that for her grandson), hair greased, comb for effect, collar raised in back. Cool, daddy-o. Of course for girls—bobby socks, poodle skirts, sweaters and white blouses, black and white saddle shoes. Easy.
It’s easy to go back in time, just change clothes. But to REALLY go back in time, what happens then?
First, you’re probably not dressed for the occasion. Even if you managed to wear something that was manufactured to look like the real time stuff, it probably would still make you stand out in the real world back then. I go to Renaissance fairs and I’m sure some of the costumes that look authentic would still not pass muster.
Speech—we absolutely don’t talk the same. Maybe similarly, more so than if we were visiting China, but still, we use a lot of different words with different meanings than they did.
Actions—what we can do now-a-days, might be frowned on in earlier times. In the 1870’s, a single woman couldn’t wear her skirts above her ankles and she wasn’t to wear her hair undone. A gentleman never went out wearing just his shirt and trousers. He had to wear a vest or he was underdressed. She didn’t run all over the world by herself, either. A young woman was to be accompanied. She certainly didn’t sleep with a man not her husband, except if she was betrothed, and then bundling was popular if the young man visited her parents and stayed the night. With not enough room for guest rooms, he might sleep with her, but they’d both be so bundled up, they couldn’t do anything too risqué without alerting the parents. Sounds like fun, doesn’t it? Of course if somehow she did get pregnant, the marriage date would be moved up.
Shock—important, how would you deal with the shock of being thrown into another time? Neither your money nor credit cards would be of any value. You have no home, no transportation, no family or friends. How would you come to grips with the fact you might be stuck there? How would you find a way to support yourself? Would your job skills get you a job in another time?
In the story, Lisa is an accountant, which equates to a bookkeeper in the 1870’s for her, but no one would employ a single woman as a bookkeeper. Only a family member might. If you are a writer, could you be a reporter? A woman? Shaking head.
Oh, sure, that’s not to say it can’t be done, but in general, it wasn’t done.
Now the good thing is they had a lot more men than women in the old west, so you’d probably fetch yourself a husband right away. Your pick! But what would they expect you to do? Wash and mend and cook and clean from morning ‘til night and then they’d want you in their bed!
Disbelief—I think the hardest thing to imagine is actually stepping back in time. What would you think at first? You’re dreaming, right? No way could you have slipped through the fabric of time and arrived in the year 1870. What if you’re really lucky enough to discover a guy in your bed who is the sexiest man alive and you’d sure wish he was yours to keep, not some hunk who shouldn’t have been there in your hotel room—in the present. Even if it isn’t. The present. But you can’t keep him. Because he’s not yours to keep. But he sticks around, thinking something’s really wrong with you, and somehow he’s got to get you help.
So there is hope if you ever manage to time travel that you’ll find someone like Jack who will make your dreams come true in this world and the last. Maybe. If they can get over all the hurdles where people want her dead.
Thanks so much for having me on Bitten by Paranormal Romance!

Blurb
Lisa Welsh only wishes to leave a messy divorce behind for a couple of days stay in Salado, Texas but wakes to nightmares and a cowboy in her bed, and she has no earthly idea how he got there. But the situation gets worse when she learns she’s now living in 19th Century Salado. Even more worrisome is the tall dark stranger, and everyone else in town believes she’s some woman named Josephine Rogers who is supposed to be dead.

Jack Stanton can’t believe the clerk gave him an occupied room at the Shady Villa Inn, but worse, he was ready to ravage the woman in that bed—until he realized his mistake. Now the woman he thinks is Josephine claims to be some other woman—and though he could never abide by Josephine’s fickle ways, this Lisa Welsh intrigues him like no other. Elemental Passions – Blog Tour

Right, well I suppose I should introduce myself I’m one of those rare things, a writer from London.  Now, I’m sure there are lots of us out there it’s just I haven’t met them yet. I’m touched by a little of that wonderful thing called ‘writer’s madness’ and I love it. It means that I see the world a little differently to others. I’m also a self published author who sadly must work a full time job at university so that does mean I’m capable of feats of time manipulation that will leave you all astounded. No, seriously, you wouldn’t believe how I can make time do what I need it to do. As you can probably guess by now, I also try and make light of everything. What’s life without a bit of fun eh?
This is my first book blog tour so I thought I’d kick things off with a bang. Literally and so we’re going to start with Seared by Desire, the first book in my elemental Passions series. I think I’ll answer a few questions because I’ll be giving away three copies of the book! Why three you ask? Because there are three books in the series that are currently available to buy.
What inspired the storyline to Seared by Desire?
Would you believe me if I said it was a horse? Not that I’ve ever ridden a horse in my life and I’ve only ever seen one up close once. Let me explain. I was coming to the end of my Love Bites trilogy and I just wondered how people delivered mail in the time before cars. It got me thinking about how far people would have to go to achieve things that we take for granted and I just thought of how hard it would be for two people to communicate if they had to ride horses instead of just picking up a phone. Then the idea came to me to write a book that wasn’t about werewolves, I wanted to switch it up and so the elementals came to me. I had the setting in terms of time, an idea for what paranormal element I wanted my characters to have and by then Sara had made herself known and Lucian followed very swiftly after. It’s near impossible to keep those two apart. 

Tell us a little more about your characters.
Well firstly we have our heroine, Sara who is a little bit of a contradiction. She’s an expert sword smith but she hates violence…I know it doesn’t seem like that makes sense but she’s a creature of necessity. She creates swords because there’s reliability in steel but after years of being an outcast and picked on for being weak she knows that not everything can be achieved through force. But when the chips are down she’s prepared to do anything to protect those close to her.
Then we have Lucian…What can I say about Lucian…he’s completely different to Sara. While she’s laid back and relaxed he’s intense and focused on completing his mission. He’s so focused on defeating his enemies once and for all that the first time he meets Sara he leaves her unconscious in the middle of a road so that he doesn’t have to deal with the problems a bride will bring. Now I’m making him sound like an arse…to be brutally honest he is at times but he does have a softer side, Sara just needs to work on bringing it out. He’s spent centuries alone and at war so it does take a little effort on her part especially seeing as he’s adamant no one, including Sara, finds out that she’s his bride.

Excerpt
He was intrigued. Fire elementals never called for help.
He moved closer, examining the freckles that covered her cheeks, her plump red lips and the curve of her nose. She fell to her knees and the smell of her blood exploded into the air. He was close now, so close he could feel her heat and the smell of her blood hit him like a drug. Rich. Exotic. His.
The warm blood running through his veins froze. He stepped back as though he’d been punched in the gut; he felt as though he had been. The woman in front of him was his bride, the woman fate had put aside solely for him. In all the centuries he’d been alive he’d never expected to find her but here she was, presented to him like a gift. His fangs ached. He took another step back despite the fact he wanted to get closer to her.
He had just fed but he wanted nothing more than to sink his fangs into her soft skin, drink her until she was boneless then take her body until she couldn’t move. Or both at the same time. The thought appealed to him while at the same time scaring him beyond all reason. To drink his bride’s blood would be to tie his strength to her. No other’s blood would invigorate him like hers; he would be at his most powerful while being at his most vulnerable. She would give him power like no other but the blood of everyone else would leave his stomach full but his body weak. She was a liability he couldn’t afford to have right now. He was in the middle of a war.

November's Bitten Pack Bite's

Bitten Pack Bite's is going to be something new we are trying each month. Each month we have a topic on something and each reviewer adds their pov about that topic. The topic can be anything from authors to just book covers, so each month we'll have something different to chat about. We also want to hear you input about the topic and get your POV.

Novembers topic is
New authors and how you feel about them?

When I started reading heavily 4 years ago I sunk into reading books by bestselling authors. I never gave thought about reading new authors. I just played it safe by buying bestselling authors books and thinking I would like them better. Let me tell you since I opened the blog I have thrown all of those ideas out the door because I found I was totally wrong. I have been finding a lot of new authors that I like so much better than the Best Selling authors.

Below you’ll find the rest of the packs opinions about new authors.
So what’s your take on new authors?

New authors are a tricky thing, however, all authors were new authors at one time. In fact, authors, even if they are established, are always new. It just depends on who has or has not read their work. Brand spanking new authors with their first publications all need a chance. I have no issues reading a new author's work, personally, because the "cold" reality is is that someone has to. Do I always enjoy what I read? No, not necessarily, but at the same time I have found some gems from newly published authors. I have no problems with following a new author's other work if I enjoy their first by giving them a chance.

Just recently I discovered author E.L. James and I can't stop recommending her books to everyone I talk to. With her debut books Fifty Shades of Grey (Fifty Shades #1) and Fifty Shades Darker (Fifty Shades #2) she has managed to garner over 1500 ratings on Goodreads for Fifty Shades of Grey with 70% percent of readers giving it a 5 Star ranking (that is almost 1045 people) and over 900 ratings for Fifty Shades Darker with 77% of readers giving it a 5 Star ranking (over 700 people). Why am I giving you these stats? Because I want you to discover this author and thephenomenal stories she had written!  It has been a very long time since I have read any books that have been so mind-blowing in there ability to make me feel so many very strong emotions and make the characters feel so ALIVE AND REAL! The author has an amazing creative ability to describe scenes in such detail that you feel you can see, touch, taste, smell and feel everything that is happening in the story. The stories were so powerful that it left me contemplating about the plight of the characters even when I wasn't reading the books. If I could nominate best new author for 2011 I would nominate E.L. James and recommend her to everyone. So grab yourself a piece of Fifty and be prepared for a wild and exciting ride.

I adore reading books by new and Indie authors because they add so many new flavors to the archetypical characters and mythos giving them all manner of different new and interesting traits to create and/or add to the character types. Vampires who only drink blood, can't be in the sun and are dead to the world during the daytime are good, but I really love the other characteristics new authors give them. Same with werewolves, shapeshifters, demons, gargoyles and other creatures.

We get introduced to new story lines and series I never would have known about and that would be a shame. Being a reviewer here at Bitten has given me the opportunity to read so many authors I would have missed otherwise.

New authors also seem to not get locked into a certain genre and many of their stories cross many genres. Look at Ann Mayburn; she writes paranormal romance, erotic paranormal romance, erotic GLBT -- all of them good and she will be releasing a historical western romance soon.

I've heard others remarking their disdain of new and indie authors because there are a lot of mistakes and/or plot issues with their stories. Yes, this can sometimes be true however as they learn their craft, hopefully with a good editor to help teach them, they will get much better. Don't let one bad apple turn you away from this resource for wonder new characters to fall in love with and/or lust over, new cities and worlds to visit and intriguing characters with all kinds of new abilities.

I remember when Anne Rice, Laurell K. Hamilton and Stephen King were all new authors.  Where would they be if no one had taken a chance on them?  Take a chance on some of these new/newish authors (you can most most of them on Goodreads.com as well as here on Bitten): Ann Mayburn, Claudy Conn, Nancy Haddock, CD Hussey, David Burton, Molly Harper, Jess Macallan and many, many more.

I tend to have mixed feelings regarding new authors. On one hand I get lazy and will just simply reread authors I know I love. I've read them over and over and can't wait for their new stuff to come out. If the book is a continuation for a series, I will reread all the other books in the series to refresh my memory regarding the series. If it isn't part of a series I will reread my favorite book by that author to get re-familiarized with the writing of that author.

On the other hand new authors have wonderful and great stories to tell. One of the reasons I wanted to become a reviewer was to have access to newer authors and to be introduced to them. I have read some really really really great stories recently by some new authors. Some of which have taken spots on my top 10 list of favorite books. To anyone wondering whether new authors are as good as some of the more popular authors in the literary world I'd say, Yes!! Without a doubt. It's my own laziness that causes me to not read a new author. That is something I am trying very hard to work on.
